Launchpad

In Standard, there is a way for projects to claim their ticker without listing official's permission. Standard facilitates a launchpad to help the projects not only get listed in Standard, but also get hypes on Standard community. Once the project lists are announced, Standard community is allowed for voting with $STND. The votes are counted with more points from Sigma membership. After the votes, the project which wins the vote gives the whitelist spot for token sale to community members who voted for it before listing.
